Service Department

Service Crew – Part time/Full time/Temporary/Permanent

Job Description

No qualifications are required. Candidates must be a team player and people person. Must be able to converse well in English and Chinese with customers.

Full time – Able to commit most weekends and PHs. (Salary from $2000 onwards, 4 to 6 days work week)

Part time – Able to commit at least two 4-hour work shifts a week with at least 1 in the weekends and PHs. Students are welcomed (Salary $9-$12/hr)


  • Ordering and cashiering
  • Perform service operation duties and housekeeping
  • Provide customer service
  • Serving of food and beverages
  • Drying bowls and utensil
  • Some scissors cutting work
  • Other ad hoc


  • On-site training will be provided for candidates.

Kitchen Department

Cook/Kitchen Crew/Assistant (Salary from $2200 onwards, 5 to 6 days work week)

No qualifications are required. Preferably have some cutting and cooking experiences. Candidates must be a team player and hardworking.


  • Prepares and serve menu items in compliant with menu recipe and standards.
  • Prepares work stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
  • Ensures that food storage at station is tidy and well maintained.
  • Follow instructions on ingredient handlings to minimise food waste.
  • Proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Opens and closes the work station correctly with checklists.
  • Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
  • To take responsibility for contributing towards own development
  • Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
