About our TBK team
The Boneless Kitchen is a social enterprise which offers an exciting plant-based dining experience inspired by the Korean cuisine since 2014. The vegetarian fare definitely has come a long, long way. We endeavour to tread lightly on the planet and be conscious of our environmental responsibilities, not forgetting social responsibilities too. There is a wealth of traditional recipes in all cultures which do not rely on animal products. Fuelled by the ambition to make people crave for meatless food, we promise to serve extraordinary dishes created from the highest quality and freshest plant-based ingredients, hoping to win the battle of the carnivore hearts and minds. Dishes such as the Soondubu Jjigae with extra smooth tofu and thick flavourful broth; handmade Kimchi Mandu with over 15 ingredients wrapped to create a bomb; or the colourful mouth-watering Kimbap could have you swearing off meat altogether.
Our team has found great joy in bringing people together over shared meals and good conversation. Furthermore, we include people with special needs in our team which allows us to build our characters, and not just all business. We are proud to say that this unique team dynamics of ours has broadened our perspectives in lives and we hope to bring these benefits to our guests too!
